Anyone can join.To become a member press the "Join Group" button.
When you submit a deviation, please add it to the correct folder to keep things organized.
You may submit up to 3 deviations per week.
How to submit: Go to the gallery of the group, where you'll find a "Submit to gallery" button on the upper right corner.Click it and choose an existing deviation.
Do not submit deviations with the DeviantArt watermark or another big watermark. It will be declined.
When submitting try to take these few guidelines in consideration:
We accept images with a good composition, focus, exposure, light etc. A good quality overall.
Photomanipulations should be well blended; copy and paste in Photoshop does not make it art. Also the images that don`t have the proper stock credits will not be accepted.
Digital paintings must be finised artworks; here we have the same expectations as in the traditional art department.
Please don`t send us unfinished works and sketches. Realism works must have proper anatomic proportions.
Because you will submit photos or scans of your works in this folder, please make sure that their quality is good.
This folder is closed at the moment.
This group is not only for advanced artists, but just because you are a beginner does not mean that you cannot create extraordinary artwork.
We are looking to showcase beautiful images with good composition, inspiring concepts, creative use of light, good colour and sharpness.
When you submit a deviation please make sure that it is a completed piece of work and what you feel are some of your best.
Regarding drawing and painting (digital or traditional): must be finished artworks, not just sketches or practice.
If your deviation is declined you will be given the reason why only on request, but please remember that not everything will make it to the galleries and that quality is important.
You can always suggest a fave, however you may not suggest your own work.
If you have any ideas/suggestions as to what we can do better, please feel free to comment/note.
Text - He Made Me Smile Sample ChapterHe was like a large teddy bear, all wrapped up in Christmas paper for you. Just when you thought no one cared in the world – there he appeared bounding happy and caring, a gentleman to you.Text - He Made Me Smile Sample Chapter by tinaaw
And he sat there and said such wonderful things - how smart you were and "hey look at this" and you could almost guess what his family makeup was. He had a brother for sure, but no sisters. You could tell by his confidence and his smile that it was internally happy. Just everything about him was happiness and deep caring. And you deeply cared back.
You could get lost in his ways – how he worried about you and cared for you and wanted to be there for you in your dire moments.
And you sat there and whispered to him things that you should not really say, softly into his ear, because hey – you had both come from the same background anyway.
20 years of the same stuff it seemed, and jointly between you was a smile and a deep caring that only you two would know.

Why I WriteThe New CharacterWhy I Write by tinaaw
He smiles at me
This mysterious man of mine
He is saddened
He is lost, I imagine him in my mind
My heart skips a beat
As I write, between the pages
Crafting his look,
His thoughts, what he says
And as I continue writing
I see him smile as he
Turns around and brick walls
Disappear between us
He understands me and I understand him
We create this piece together
As I whisper in the words
I love you -- new character of mine
BetrayalA pain,a silent scream,Betrayal by WizardOfUnseen
The gut wrenching feeling
Of being alone,
An empty hand
An eager eye,
An ear aching for the melody.
The heart crying in agony,
The arms dying to embrace,
The chest looking for the shoulder,
That once rested on it.
The moment of betrayal,
Tears and blood,
Closing the eyes,
To pretend it is a bad dream,
The only feeling in a broken heart.
Sleeping pills and whisky,
Is it night or day?
Does it matter?
I don't feel the pain anymore
The Burden of Loss and BlameThe Burden of Loss and BlameThe Burden of Loss and Blame by Vindblain
knowing he'll see her in wait
she hides in shadows
becoming the bait
though wary, he approaches her still
her visage of meekness
masking her will
concealed in the darkness of night
betrayed in her hand
by reflected moonlight
so piercing, she wavers mid thrust
with shattered intent
she loses her trust
the warmth of him comes a surprise
she forgets her resolve
now immersed in his eyes
she reaches with lowered defense
consumed by his trance
a brushing of fingertips
The hand on her waist
The press on her lips
though binding in the throes of their kiss
can't conceal her grief
as she clenches her fist
she welcomes his comfort with fear
a hate born from loss
but with love through despair
